All Jax Streetwear products are made to order.

• Production time is up to 7 business days before shipment

• Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

• During high demand or limited drops, production times may be extended

🔥 All Sales Are Final
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection

• Change of mind

• Fit or style preference

• Shipping delays

Please review all product details and sizing information before purchasing.
⚠️ Exceptions (Defective or Incorrect Items Only)
The only exception to our final sale policy is if you receive:

• A defective item

• An incorrect item

To qualify:

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

• Photo proof is required

Approved claims will be resolved at our discretion (replacement, store credit, or refund).
