Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: All items are made to order. Please allow up to 7 business days for production before your order ships. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: No. Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed due to immediate production. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: After production (up to 7 business days), shipping typically takes:

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Q: Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?
A: Your order is likely still in the production phase. All items are made to order and may take up to 7 business days before shipping.
Q: My package says delivered but I didn’t receive it. What do I do?
A: Once a package is marked delivered, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including sizing or preference.
Q: Are there any exceptions?
A: Yes—only if you receive a defective or incorrect item. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
Q: What happens if my claim is approved?
A: We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
📏 Sizing & Products
Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Please refer to the size chart on each product page. We recommend sizing up for an oversized fit.
We are not responsible for incorrect size selection.
Q: Will the product look exactly like the photos?
A: We do our best to display products accurately, but colors and details may vary slightly due to screen settings and production differences.
📦 Orders & Issues
Q: I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
A: Contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Q: What if my package is delayed?
A: Shipping delays can happen due to carriers, weather, or high demand. Delays do not qualify for refunds.
