All sales are final.

• Incorrect size selection

• Change of mind

• Fit or style preference

• Delayed delivery

2. Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)
The only exception to our all sales final policy is if you receive:

• A defective item, or

• An incorrect item (wrong product sent)

To qualify:

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• You must provide clear photo evidence

3. Resolution for Approved Claims
If your claim is approved, we will determine the resolution at our sole discretion, including:

• Replacement (if inventory is available)

• Store credit

• Refund to original payment method

We reserve the right to choose the appropriate resolution.
4. No Returns Without Approval
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.

• Lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered
