Welcome to Jax Streetwear ("Jax Streetwear," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, www.jaxstreetwear.com (the "Site"), and any purchases made through the Site. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
By using this Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Site.

2. Product Availability, Limited Drops, and Order Acceptance
Jax Streetwear may offer limited-release products, exclusive drops, and low-inventory items. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it, and checkout completion does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, and payment verification. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to:

• Refuse or cancel any order

• Limit quantities per person, household, address, account, card, or order

• Cancel duplicate, high-risk, bulk, reseller, or fraudulent orders

• Discontinue products at any time without notice

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may cancel the order and issue a refund for the unavailable item or the full order.
3. Pricing, Errors, and Corrections
We try to ensure that all pricing, product descriptions, images, sizing details, and availability information are accurate. However, mistakes may occur.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted. This includes errors involving:

• Pricing

• Promotions or discount codes

• Shipping charges

• Product descriptions

• Product images

• Inventory status

If we cancel an order due to an error, your sole remedy is a refund of the amount paid.
4. Product Descriptions, Colors, and Sizing
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, graphics, fabrics, and details accurately. However, we do not guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the actual appearance of a product.
Sizing information, fit guidance, and measurements are provided as general references only and may vary slightly by garment, production batch, or manufacturing process. Minor variations in print placement, wash, dye, stitching, distressing, or garment tone do not constitute defects.
5. Payments and Fraud Prevention
By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided

• All billing and payment information is true, accurate, and complete

We reserve the right to refuse, hold, or cancel any order that appears suspicious, fraudulent, unauthorized, or placed for resale. We may require additional verification before accepting or shipping an order.
Chargeback abuse, false claims, or payment fraud may result in order cancellation, refusal of future service, and pursuit of any lawful remedies available to us.
6. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, supply chain disruptions, incorrect address information, or other circumstances beyond our control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect shipping information provided by you.
Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon our delivery of the order to the shipping carrier, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Jax Streetwear is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, stolen, or misdelivered after carrier acceptance or after delivery is marked complete.
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Final Sale Items
All returns, exchanges, store credits, and refund eligibility are governed by our separate Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Unless otherwise stated, limited drops, promotional items, discounted products, and marked final sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with our posted policies.
8. Intellectual Property and Brand Protection
All content on this Site, including but not limited to logos, slogans, artwork, graphics, prints, product designs, mockups, text, images, videos, layout, and branding elements, is owned by or licensed to Jax Streetwear and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other applicable laws.
This includes, without limitation, brand elements such as Jax Streetwear names, logos, slogans, artwork, graphics, and apparel design concepts.
You may not, without our prior written consent:

• Use our brand name, logo, slogans, or designs in any way likely to cause confusion

• Reproduce or manufacture products using our designs or substantially similar designs

• Remove watermarks, branding, or proprietary notices from any content

We reserve all rights to pursue claims for unauthorized use, copying, imitation, resale, or infringement.
9. User Submissions and Feedback
If you send us comments, reviews, suggestions, ideas, feedback, or other submissions, you grant Jax Streetwear a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such submissions for any lawful purpose, without compensation to you.
You agree not to submit unlawful, defamatory, infringing, abusive, or misleading content.
10. Promotions, Discount Codes, and Giveaways
Promotions, discount codes, giveaways, and limited offers may be modified or canceled at any time. Discount codes:

• May not be combined unless expressly allowed

• May be limited to one use per customer

• Have no cash value

• May be revoked if misused, transferred, posted publicly without authorization, or applied in violation of the promotion terms

We reserve the right to reject any order where a promotion, code, or pricing benefit was applied due to error, abuse, or unauthorized distribution.
11. Account Security
If the Site allows account creation, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud, abuse, resale activity, or violations of these Terms.

We do not warrant that the Site will be secure, error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
