Shipping Policy

At Jax Streetwear, all products are made to order to ensure quality and exclusivity. By placing an order on www.jaxstreetwear.com, you agree to the following shipping terms.
1. Made-to-Order Processing Time
All shirts are made to order and require up to 7 business days for production before shipment.

Processing time begins after your order is placed

Business days do not include weekends or holidays

Orders are not shipped immediately
During high-demand periods or limited drops, processing times may extend beyond 7 business days.
2. Shipping Time Estimates
Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days
Shipping time is separate from processing time.
3. Total Delivery Time
Estimated total delivery time =
Processing time (up to 7 business days) + Shipping time
Delays in production or shipping do not qualify for refunds.
4. Shipping Delays
Jax Streetwear is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

Weather conditions

Holidays or peak seasons

Supply chain or production delays

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
All delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
It is your responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure successful delivery.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once an order is handed off to the carrier, Jax Streetwear is not responsible for:

Lost packages

Stolen packages

Packages marked as “delivered”
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, you must contact the carrier directly.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:

Customer is responsible for reshipping costs

No refunds will be issued
8. Address Changes
We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed.
If requested before shipment, we may attempt to update it, but we are not responsible if the change cannot be completed.
9. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or returned:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package

We reserve the right to issue store credit instead of a refund
10. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to immediate production of made-to-order items.
11. Policy Enforcement
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit shipments at our discretion.
